Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 9–12 business days after the order has been processed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs procedures, holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. SARAND is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
SARAND is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Lost or Delayed Packages
