Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, undamaged, with its tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@sarandjewelry.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your case and send you the instructions to complete the return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return by email will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item received is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as SARAND is not responsible for packages lost during the return process.

Damages, Defects or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sarandjewelry.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the case and help you with the appropriate solution.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not returned in their original packaging.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us at hello@sarandjewelry.com before the 14-day period has expired. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with its tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once you have informed us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the product following the instructions we provide by email.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take a few days to process and post the refund.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
